Ugh this is probably my last time on the internet for a few days... unless I can get online Wednesday night, a lot of hotels now offer free wireless right?
Anyway. Moving. Ugh.
Half of everything I own in the world is now neatly stuffed into a 5x10 storage unit. It is packed. The best game of Tetris I've ever played. The other half of my worldly possessions will be leaving the house Wednesday morning... and I'll say bye to the house I grew up in. Most likely for good.
I didn't want to sell it or have mom move... and at least I would have preferred for her to not sell it until after I graduated, you know? But on the bright side, she says she'll help quite a bit with paying off my student loans once it sells... as in, help with $40,000 or so. It would be really nice to not have to worry about money so much anymore.
It's still really weird. I guess I'm ready to leave the nest and get my own place, but it's so stressful. Mom doesn't help. She's so high strung from all of this--she really isn't as prepared as I am (this is a very new and different experience!).
So yeah. I'll be MIA from the internets for a little while... moving in to my new place Friday. Dunno when/if I will get internet at the apartment, I may just leech off of the college's internet. This may or may not increase my productivity levels in homework. It would certainly save some cash. I'll be living kind of Spartan-ly when I get to MN...! Not like 300 Spartans, like the old meaning of it. At least I'll have a bed. =Db
In other news I recently reread all of Courtney Crumrin. Still so good, god.
So. See you guys later!
