HOWEVER, that, I don't know, it seems weird. So I reserve the right to make up completely fictional stories about you when I tell you why I like you. ♥ I may also use an angry icon, including but not limited to the one I'm using to make this post.
Today I had weird interactions with nature. There were a shitton of birds outside my apartment when I went to take Simba on his morning walk, all singing at once. Just this constant din of birdsong. No lulls, no crescendos, just CONSTANT. CHIRPING. And a whole lot of different calls, too! A crow even joined in toward the end.
And then as I was walking back inside, they all stopped at once. I think they might have flown away, but it was pretty sudden and abrupt.
Later, I was walking to school and began to get overheated. Wearing too many layers, I guess! As I opened up my coat and took off my hat, snow began to fall.
I guess I belong up here, now.

New comic page you guys! Again warning for domestic violence and abortion, although neither one has actually occurred yet in the comic they will begin next week. did i just spoiler my own comic. BUT ANYWAY don't start reading and get all attached if you know that stuff is going to bug you.
Also 4 new links added into the links section! Each one is a friend from MCAD, but I also consider them to be very skilled artists and I hope we all become successful together.
I am behind on homework. This needs to be fixed immediately.

I've been trying to write lately.
WHAT AM I DOING this is a horrible time to be trying to write again when I have a comic that needs doing. D=
but the result is that I have like 20 half-complete fanfics on my harddrive, and every last damnable time i try to write a pwp it goes and grows a PLOT and never gets to the good stuff, wtf self.
Oh well. HOMEWORK TIME!
Four weeks of school left.
Twenty pages of comics to ink.
Can she do it.

So my school is now mailing one of my comics to Mr. Obama. An original page, actually.
I addressed the envelope myself and wrote "Please do not bend, awesome artwork inside!" The back of the comic has a note personally to Mr. Obama, which includes "Say hi to your puppy for me =D" and also "When I am rich + famous this comic will be worth a lot so you should keep it."
I don't know but writing such things to the president fills me which childish glee. I have no guarantee he will ever see it--it may not pass the intense screening all mail to the president undergoes, etc etc. He might not even read both sides if he does get it. BAAAAW. but still, it's nice to try to say hi to the new prez like that. XD;

Well. Entirely new comic in fact. This is an 8 page comic dealing with things like ABORTION and DOMESTIC ABUSE, so if that makes you uncomfortable, don't click the link. It's based on a true story featured in The Worst of Times: Illegal Abortion : Survivors, Practitioners, Coroners, Cops and Children of Women Who Died Talk About Its Horrors by Patricia G. Miller. So yeah.

SO I've just been locked out of my e-mail account, while I was in the process of sending an e-mail with a couple attachments to only one person! Nice.

WHOOPS, looks like I just mixed up my art and politics.
It's a pretty underhanded tactic, actually, using fictional characters to express my opinions so transparently.
But I have to admit, I'm not above getting my hands a little dirty in such a manner. It's also a proven time and again tactic to get people to reconsider, when you deliver your opinions alongside artwork and either humour or otherwise effective emotional resonance.
Delicious.

I've been reading more lately; like, you know, books with words instead of solely comics. I'm really happy~ I used to burn through so many novels in a month and then comics kind of replaced that. So did fanfic, truthfully. Anyway, now I'm rediscovering the joys of a library... right now I've got The Secret Garden which I actually found on the free shelf, so it's not a loan, it's miiiiiine. Which makes me super happy 'cause it's a pretty hard cover and has illustrations. I'm sure I must have it read once before in my life, but I can't remember much of it at all, except small bits of the movie. Such a sweet and lovely book. ♥
In other news I want to play Rozalin at CFUD again but I know I don't have the time. =[ But just look at this sexy new icon, auuuuuugh! Zenon so hot. (This is the only image of her that appears in the manga, which is so sad since it proves she would have been GORGEOUS if she got to slaughter things in manga format. At least I got this much, but, uwah.)
(Also fuck lj-cut for spoilers, everybody on my flist who cares at all clicked that cut last time anyway.)
Ah, well... Maybe after this semester?

B) Musical politics.
